    Your one month support services include:

    • Management of all vendor communications and confirmations

    • Logistics coordination with vendors to ensure your event day is seamless

    • Creation of end-of-night plan

    • 1 hour walk-through of the event space one day prior to the event

    • On-site support for the duration of your event (maximum 8 hours)

    For weddings, this package also includes:

    • 1 hour of support and coordination during your rehearsal

    • 8 hours of support on your wedding day

    • Personnel coordination, managing the day-of timeline for all members of the wedding party and families

    • Management of event details, including signage, guest book and gifts, and table decor

    • Execution of end-of-night plan

  • Our most popular package for formal events!

    The Event Coordination package offers event support and planning services, beginning three months prior to your event date.

    This package includes everything in the Day-Of package, plus:

    • Two support and planning sessions

    • 2 hour walk-through of the event space one day prior to the event

    • On-site support for the duration of your event (maximum 10 hours)

    For weddings, this package also includes:

    • Full execution of the rehearsal

    • 10 hours of support on your wedding day

    • Bi-weekly updates delivered via-email

    • In-person planning and support meetings every 6-8 weeks

    • Two additional assistants for the day of your event

    For weddings, this package also includes:

    • Day-of coordination of one additional wedding event, such as the rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, etc.

    • Full day-of coordination for wedding party and family members

    • Management of event space, including decor placement, gift management, etc.

    • Complete clean-up and break down for any decor and rentals at the end of the event
