This package includes on-site coordination services for the day of your event plus planning support in the month leading up to your big day.
Your one month support services include:
Planning kick-off and support session
Management of all vendor communications and confirmations
Logistics coordination with vendors to ensure your event day is seamless
Creation of end-of-night plan
1 hour walk-through of the event space one day prior to the event
On-site support for the duration of your event (maximum 8 hours)
For weddings, this package also includes:
1 hour of support and coordination during your rehearsal
8 hours of support on your wedding day
Personnel coordination, managing the day-of timeline for all members of the wedding party and families
Management of event details, including signage, guest book and gifts, and table decor
Execution of end-of-night plan

The Event Coordination package offers event support and planning services, beginning three months prior to your event date.
This package includes everything in the Day-Of package, plus:
Two support and planning sessions
2 hour walk-through of the event space one day prior to the event

For weddings, this package also includes:
Full execution of the rehearsal
10 hours of support on your wedding day
